、「本当に感動的にうまい店」は、たいてい食べログの評価が低い。そういうお店は味が荒れるのを防ぐため、大々的なプロモーションを行わないので、それが評価分布の件数を低くし、結果、食べログの評価ポイントが高くならないという構造的欠陥を抱えているからだ。CGMが抱えている問題とも言えるが、評価・評者の重み付けを適切に行わなければ（言い換えれば生成されるコンテンツにどのようなEDITを組み込むか）、いつまでたってもある一定以上は超えることはできないだろう。とはいえ、むしろ食べ物なんてそれくらいのレベルでちょうどいいのかも。エンタテインメントコンテンツの中で体験の価値が増大する中、食も違う形で体験の価値が上がっていくのだろう。食通にも新たな楽しみが生まれてくるのではないか。
